I went through some movies so I could watch this afternoon with my family and I found about 7 movies that mean everything to me, they were all by the same master...The one & only, Tim Burton.
Mr. Burton has been my favorite director since I was a little girl, of course I never knew who he exactly was at that point, but I was an enthusiast of every single one of his movies.

Artworks like The Corps Bride, Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, BeetleJuice, The Big Fish and The Nightmare Before Christmas have made the world a much more fun place to be in, his imagination has no limits and he does not even color inside the lines when it comes to his ideas.
But I'd like to put the spotlight on...Vincent.
Vincent is short-movie inspired on the legendary Vincent Price. Burton shows the similarities between his idol and himself through this short... A macabre, innocent, playful and daydreaming kid who's imagination is so big that sometimes he gets carried away - just like it happens to some of us.
What's most amusing about this is the fact that its narrated by the man himself...The real Vincent. And at the end of it, Little Vincent quotes one of the greatest poets: Edgar Allan Poe, on his very famous masterpiece "The Raven".
Does not that shows the audience how passionate is Mr.Burton about moviemaking? This is why, he is my favorite.
I've always been incredibly curious when it comes to directing and I would love to start dipping my toe on those waters but before, I need you to tell us... What's your favorite cinematographic masterpiece? And who is the artist behind its magic?

"One person's craziness its another person's reality"- Tim Burton
