Many people, especially women, are obsessed with their weight. Most of the time they hear about weight loss solutions and dieting and start wondering what to do. Did you ever think or worry about people who are too skinny and want to gain weight? Probably not.
People think because you are skinny you can't be insecure about yourself but let me tell you something...
YOU ARE WRONG!

YOU ARE WRONG!
When I was in high school I had some friends who thought they were "fat" and started doing diets and going to the gym. In every lunch they checked how many calories the food had. If they passed the 100 calories they wouldn't eat. I hate seeing some of them starving just to look "perfect" but they don't see what they really look like in the mirror.
I tell them I thought they were beautiful as they were, that their body has that structure and they couldn't change it and all they had to do was try to accept it. They didn't have to be skinny to be beautiful. One of the girls commented:
"Yeah, you say that because you are skinny"
First of all, I'm not skinny, I'm thin! And let me make this clear, just because someone is skinny doesn't mean they are happy with themselves.
Personally I hate when people call me skinny. It makes me feel different, in a bad way. If you don't eat once a day, they think it is because you don't wanna "loose your shape", but that's *****. I eat more than anyone else I know.
How do you think skinny girls feel like when someone says "Real women have curves! If you have no curves, sorry!" or being told a guy will never liked me because I don't have a big butt or boobs.
Just because skinny girls “look” beautiful doesn't mean they feel like that… Skinny girls get judged too.
So yes for all you people that don’t know, it’s possible to be skinny and insecure.
I promote body positivity for each and every body type as should be but I felt the need to share this with you my lovely readers to make sure you understand that no matter what size, shape, color you are, we all have insecurities.
And just for the record I've never been anorexic or bulimic. Most of the days I'm happy with my body and try to accept my flaws because If you don't love yourself, you can't love anybody else.
