I've been very concerned lately, I was teaching myself how to be a vegan without getting sick or start craving an infinity amount of meat and nasty things but i only last a few days like that.
The thing is that after i did some research i am very willing to try this new life style for many considerable ways.
I love learning, don't get me wrong .. studying is not my favorite thing to do but when i'm really into a certain topic i get to be a brainiac about it.. so i went bananas on this.
I read The Kind diet by Alicia Silverstone, I liked this book a lot, it made a lot of sense and it actually makes you feel better about yourself towards humanity.
So i found some recipes i would like to share so everybody with a sweet tooth may consider trying this new way of life.
This recipe was originally taken from LaurenConrad.com but i changed a few things so it would be easier to make.
